Guest Plus® centralizes control over distributed terminals.
The Guest Plus® System is a Windows®-based credit card processing application that links your front desk with all major point-of-sale (POS) positions in your location. Authorization terminals at POS locations capture all required card data which is then transferred via modem to your centralized Guest Plus PC for convenient transaction tracking and batch processing.
Guest Plus gives you the power you want, with the flexibility you need. The Guest Plus system complements the leading lodging and restaurant management systems. You can boost the capabilities of your current system by implementing your choice of Guest Plus features, including:
- Optional front desk check-out, which distributes functionality to other terminals
- Terminal applications which support restaurant, lounge, gift shop, and front desk
- Ability to archive separate history data and receipts by date
- American Express® split dial authorization and reverse PIP processing
- Settlement by card type for ease of balancing and reconciliation
- Background communications which allows the use of other applications while receiving settlement data
